Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Customers must request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving their item. If approved, the item must be returned within 30 days in unused condition and original packaging. Refunds or exchanges are only available for items that are damaged, faulty, or not as described. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
