All items are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 working days of receiving payment, unless stated otherwise. I use [Royal Mail / courier service] with tracking where applicable.

Refund Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once I receive the returned item, I’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 5 working days.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item hasn’t been shipped.
